AS MARKETING MANAGER IN THE BRAND MARKETING TEAM TRADE AT HANSGROHE, I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR A VARIETY OF TASKS, INCLUDING THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR A LOYALTY PROGRAM AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES WORLDWIDE.

As project manager for the Talisman Loyalty Program, I directed a strategic initiative to reward and incentivize exceptional performance and loyalty among our B2B trade customers. The exclusive program offers hansgrohe cashback incentives, seminars, events, and targeted promotions. My role involved coordinating external agencies and internal teams, overseeing digital marketing, technical aspects, and legal matters. I spearheaded the rollout in Denmark, including developing an app for improved user experience. Effective communication was crucial for integrating global strategies with local insights. Moreover I created communication materials like presentations and videos, collaborating with agencies.
Additionally, I’ve defined B2B product launches within the trade channel, actively contributing to and executing global marketing plans. Collaborating closely with country subsidiaries, I aimed to optimize both global and local marketing activities, fostering a harmonized yet tailored approach across regions. This emphasis on global-local synergy allowed for cohesive and impactful execution of marketing initiatives, strengthening brand presence and engagement. This experience has honed my ability to navigate intricate dynamics, strategically positioning products for successful market entries and sustained growth.
Simultaneously, I orchestrated B2B online campaigns and customer-centric B2B eLearning modules, defined Trade Marketing tools and managed trade show appearances and showrooms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints for 10 different European markets.
